Winger AI is a sports technology startup concept designed to help football coaches make smarter, safer, and more objective training decisions. The app focuses on player readiness, fatigue monitoring, injury-risk prevention, training recommendations, opponent analysis, and performance insights. Instead of giving coaches more raw data, Winger AI translates performance information into clear daily decisions that can support training planning and reduce injury risk.

The project was developed as a pitch deck and mobile app concept targeting professional football clubs, coaches, and performance analysts, starting with UAE clubs before expanding to the Middle East and Europe. My role focused on UI/UX design, creating a coach-first mobile experience that makes complex player data simple, visual, and actionable. The product concept includes dashboards, AI prompts, player statistics, training hubs, readiness indicators, injury-risk screens, and training analysis tools designed for daily use by coaching staff.
